Stronger Than AnxietyClick Image To Visit SiteI have been struggling with anxiety and panic attacks for approximately four years now. I never had a problem with this until one day when it hit me hard. I was alone and I was petrified. I had no clue what was happening to me and it was very frightening. Following that dreadful day, I would continuously obsess about anxiety, I would fear having panic attacks when in social situations and I was always so concerned about what people would think of me if I did have a panic attack. I am not saying that I am completely free of these fears now, but I am in a much better place than I was before reading "Stronger than Anxiety."

The "Stronger than Anxiety" program has taught me how to deal with anxiety with an approach that is different than other methods I had researched before. I no longer fear anxiety, for to fear it only makes it worse. I face it for what it is, simply a surge or adrenaline that will not last forever. Instead of constantly worrying if something bad is going to happen to me, I now say to myself "what if nothing happens?". I no longer associate specific locations with anxiety, which is something that has crippled me for years and limited my ability to live a normal life.
